Buyers Guide

01

Arrange a viewing

After you contact us we will arrange a viewing for you as soon as possible on your requested property.

02

Submit offer

After viewing the property, we will give you a timeframe. During that allotted time, we would expect you to submit your best offer across to us by calling or emailing info@k3estateagents.com. Please include full name of buyers with copies of passport or driving licenses.

03

Offer Accepted

After submitting an offer, we will relay these offers across to the sellers who at their discretion, will review the offers and confirm their position, respectively. We will let you know the outcome of your offer by phone or email.

04

Property Sold - Conveyancing

Once your offer has been accepted, the property will be displayed as sold STC. After this stage we will Liaise with both sides to get details of your solicitors. We will then proceed to create a document called ‘Sales memorandum’. We will send this across to the sellers’ solicitors, which will enable your solicitors to start the legal process of this transaction.

05

Exchange / Completion

Once the property is ready and solicitors of both sides are happy to proceed. Your solicitors will take instructions from their respective clients and mutually agree a completion date. This is the date you will officially purchase the property and collect the keys. Prior to completion your solicitors will obtain your authority for exchange – this is when the transaction becomes legally binding for both parties.
